Amazon Wholesale Coach

About the role

AcquireBrands.com is an e-commerce business focused on building and scaling profitable brands on Amazon, with an emphasis on wholesale and distribution models. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Amazon Wholesale Coach based in Lahore. The coach mentors and guides team members and trainees on all aspects of Amazon wholesale operations, including product sourcing, account management, listing optimization and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and create and update learning materials
• Review store performance metrics and help the team implement best practices in pricing, inventory and catalog management
• Provide one-on-one support and troubleshoot operational challenges
• Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and training programs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams so coaching supports revenue growth, risk management and high service standards

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA and wholesale business models, including product sourcing, brand approval and account health management
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central tools such as listing creation, inventory management, pricing strategies and performance dashboards
• Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, including workshops, SOPs and step-by-step guides
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills
• Analytical mindset with basic data analysis, reporting and spreadsheet skills
• Strong organization and time management, able to handle multiple trainees and initiatives at once
• Previous e-commerce, Amazon wholesale or coaching experience is highly preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site team environment in Lahore and willing to adapt to Amazon policy changes
