Analyst, Service Delivery (Video Conferencing & Handheld)

About the role

The Analyst, Service Delivery will ensure reliable operation of video‑conferencing and handheld devices across the university. You will support high‑profile global events, troubleshoot AV equipment, and maintain the broader IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot video‑conferencing systems (Polycom Group Series, X30, X50, Cisco SX20/80, etc.).
• Provide support for handheld devices (iOS, Android, Windows) including configuration, repair and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with event organizers from planning through delivery, ensuring all AV requirements are met.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and related applications.
• Set up new user accounts, respond to call‑outs within agreed timeframes, and manage multiple open cases.
• Test and evaluate new technologies, conduct electrical safety checks, and uphold high customer‑service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in IT support, preferably with video‑conferencing equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently or with third‑party vendors.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Polycom (HDX, Group Series) and Cisco video‑conferencing platforms.
• Proficiency in supporting iOS, Android and Windows handheld devices.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, PC/laptop and printer installation.
• Familiarity with audio‑visual system troubleshooting and electrical safety procedures.
