About the role

The Institute seeks an enthusiastic Anatomy & Physiology Instructor to deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions to diploma students in allied‑health programs. This full‑time, on‑site position in Karachi involves preparing lesson plans, teaching core and advanced concepts, and linking theory to clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver clear, accurate lectures and hands‑on labs.
• Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and practical demonstrations.
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback and support diverse learning needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date teaching materials aligned with institutional standards.
• Participate in academic meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
• Ensure a professional, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Medicine, Physiotherapy, Nursing or a related field; advanced qualifications in medical education are a plus.
• Relevant clinical or allied‑health experience (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, operation theatre, radiology) is highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and biomedical sciences with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience teaching at diploma or undergraduate level in medical or allied‑health education.
• Proficiency in lesson planning, curriculum alignment and assessment design.
• Effective communication in spoken and written English.
• Commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning and staying current with medical advances.
