Applied Epic Insurance Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Applied Epic Insurance Associate to support the daily operations of a Property & Casualty insurance agency. The role requires strong hands‑on proficiency with Applied Epic and the ability to manage client records, policy documentation, and insurance servicing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate and maintain client accounts, policy files, activity logs, and documentation within Applied Epic.
• Prepare, issue, track, and follow up on high‑volume certificates of insurance.
• Process policy endorsements, updates, and renewals, ensuring accurate records.
• Gather information, coordinate with carriers, obtain quotes, and assist in preparing insurance proposals.
• Monitor upcoming renewals, conduct proactive client outreach, and maintain renewal documentation.
• Maintain organized digital records and use Applied Epic’s reporting and activity‑tracking features.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Applied Epic with practical experience in a working insurance agency.
• Hands‑on experience managing client records, policy files, and insurance documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high‑volume requests and competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially with clients and carriers.
