Appointment Setter / Cold Caller – Digital Marketing

About the role

BrightDigiX is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join its digital marketing team in Lahore. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential international clients, primarily in the USA, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business owners and decision‑makers.
• Identify, qualify and record leads that match BrightDigiX’s target profile.
• Introduce the agency’s services—including Local SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta Ads—and understand prospects’ marketing challenges.
• Generate interest, handle objections and book appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and other communication channels to keep the pipeline active.
• Achieve daily and monthly call volume and appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent English speaking skills and a confident phone presence.
• Ability to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM) and be present on‑site in Johar Town, Lahore.
• Previous exposure to the US market is a plus.
