Appointment Setter (Hybrid) – Karachi

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Appointment Setter to join our sales team in Karachi. You will be responsible for contacting business owners, generating interest in our recruitment solutions, and scheduling qualified discovery calls for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads, identify hiring needs, and book meetings with the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with leads.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on Bionic Talent’s services and recruitment solutions.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, sales, lead generation, or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Available to work on‑site in Karachi.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (a plus).

• Base salary of PKR 60,000 per month.
