Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team supporting a renewable energy solutions provider in Australia. Working remotely, you will contact prospective customers, qualify their interest, and schedule face‑to‑face consultations for solar and battery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
• Build rapport, assess customer needs, and identify suitable energy opportunities.
• Explain the benefits of a free, in‑person consultation and secure appointments.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and appointment data in the CRM.
• Confirm appointment details, send reminders, and help reduce no‑shows.
• Meet daily and weekly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with sales consultants for smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner.
• Ability to overcome objections and ask for appointments.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and detail‑oriented.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
