Appointment Setter

About the role

BrainHub is looking for an Appointment Setter to connect prospective business customers with the right services and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. You will make outbound calls, follow up with leads and ensure a smooth hand‑over to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and conduct follow‑ups with prospective business clients.
• Introduce business support solutions clearly and professionally.
• Ask relevant questions to qualify prospects and determine appointment suitability.
• Schedule, confirm and reschedule meetings using approved calendars and processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outcomes and follow‑up notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support smooth handovers.
• Meet agreed targets for calls, appointments and data quality.

Required profile

• Clear, confident verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Strong listening, questioning, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Professional telephone etiquette and disciplined follow‑up.
• Ability to manage repetitive outreach, prioritize follow‑ups and achieve daily targets.
• Customer‑focused attitude, resilience, punctuality and teamwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• Competence with email and calendar tools.
