Appointment Setter

About the role

The Appointment Setter will work full‑time on‑site in Gilgit‑Baltistan, supporting Limton Dispatch’s US‑based truck dispatch operations. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, drivers and carriers, handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to arrange meetings with the dispatch team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualify leads and explain Limton Dispatch’s services.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and schedule appointments in the shared calendar.
• Document all interactions accurately in the internal CRM and call‑tracking system.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and managers to ensure follow‑ups are completed and schedules stay organized.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets while delivering courteous customer service.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities to encourage appointment bookings.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills for handling calendars and call lists.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Gilgit‑Baltistan.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or call‑tracking tool.
• Proficiency with common office software such as email and spreadsheets.
