About the role
Careception is seeking motivated appointment setters to engage US-based clients for its AI network agency. The role involves communicating with prospects during US business hours and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone or online channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments.
- Work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Required profile
- Fluent, clear, and confident spoken English.
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (US hours).
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, with strong communication and listening abilities.
