Architect & 3D Visualizer

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Islamabad combines the responsibilities of an architect and a 3D visualizer. You will develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design drawings for residential and commercial projects.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs and presentation boards.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers and site teams to produce working drawings and construction documents.
• Coordinate design execution on-site, ensuring accuracy during construction.
• Participate in client meetings, incorporate feedback and refine designs.
• Support project planning, scheduling and documentation to meet time, quality and budget targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or progress toward registration is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design and 3D visualization work.
• Familiarity with local building codes, approval processes and construction practices in Islamabad or similar markets.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to work collaboratively and interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on-site full-time.
