Architect – Full‑time, On‑site (Islamabad)

About the role

Cadarch is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join its Islamabad office. You will be responsible for turning client concepts into detailed architectural solutions while overseeing projects from initial design through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural projects, producing plans and technical specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, engineers, and construction staff.
• Monitor construction progress and address any design‑related issues on site.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in architecture and architectural design.
• Experience in project management with a focus on timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development and integration tools relevant to architecture projects (beneficial but not mandatory).
• Experience in construction and full project lifecycle management is a plus.
