About the role

Mulligans (SMC-Pvt) Limited is seeking a qualified and creative architect to join its growing team in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The role involves delivering functional and aesthetic architectural solutions for large‑scale construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed construction plans.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
• Prepare 3D models, visualisations, and presentation materials for client approval.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Oversee project execution and provide on‑site architectural guidance when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design or construction projects.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
