Architecture Content Creator

About the role

Technoxarc Design & Build is looking for an on‑site Architecture Content Creator to capture and showcase its architecture, interior design and construction projects. You will produce high‑quality photos, videos and written content for social media and marketing channels, using both traditional tools and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Photograph and film architectural, interior and construction sites on‑site.
• Create reels, short‑form videos, walkthroughs and behind‑the‑scenes clips.
• Edit images and videos for social platforms, marketing campaigns and presentations.
• Write captions, project descriptions and promotional copy.
• Collaborate with architects, designers and site engineers to document progress.
• Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Travel to project locations across Islamabad and Rawalpindi as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in photography and videography for architecture or related fields.
• Strong storytelling and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel between Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (video editing).
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (graphic design).
• Photography and videography equipment handling.
• Social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Gemini (optional).

What we offer

• Competitive salary of PKR 40,000‑55,000 per month.
• Full‑time, on‑site position with morning shift.
