About the role

The University of South Asia (USA) – Cantt Campus in Lahore seeks qualified faculty members for its Department of Architecture. Positions are available for both Lecturer and Assistant Professor levels, focusing on undergraduate teaching and studio supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate architecture courses and design studios, including lectures, assignments, and assessments.
• Supervise design studios, critiques, juries, and student projects, guiding conceptual development and technical documentation.
• Integrate digital tools, AI‑assisted workflows, and emerging technologies into the curriculum.
• Promote sustainable design, innovative materials, and contemporary construction practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development, departmental activities, exhibitions, workshops, and academic events.

Required profile

• Valid registration with PCATP and relevant academic qualifications in Architecture.
• Strong academic or professional background in architectural design, with university‑level teaching or studio experience preferred.
• Professional practice experience and exposure to industry trends are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with architectural software and digital design tools.
• Experience using AI‑assisted workflows and emerging technologies in design.
• Ability to mentor students and provide constructive feedback.
