Area Sales Executive – HORECA Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Executive specialized in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector. The role focuses on driving growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets within the HORECA segment.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with hotels, restaurants and catering businesses.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
• Utilize CRM software for accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive sales experience with a strong focus on the HORECA market.
• Proven expertise in sales management, territory planning and execution.
• Solid understanding of sales forecasting techniques.
• Successful track record in business development and expanding market share.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education (16 years).
• Experience networking within the HORECA industry.
