Area Sales Executive – Motorcycle Sales

About the role

The Area Sales Executive will drive Honda motorcycle sales across the Gilgit, Skardu and Chitral region. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets, building dealer relationships and delivering market insights to the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Visit dealers and key accounts daily to monitor stock levels and support order booking.
• Ensure timely delivery, proper display and promotion of Honda motorcycles and related products.
• Implement sales and marketing plans within the assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with the dealer network and support promotional activities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory sales management and dealer relationship handling.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse sales data and provide competitive insights.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; automotive or FMCG sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned area and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with motorcycle or automotive products and local market dynamics is advantageous.
