Area Sales Manager - Super Crisp

About the role

An Area Sales Manager is sought to lead sales operations and drive growth in the Jhelum and Sukkur regions. The role covers managing sales teams, developing strategies to meet sales targets and building strong relationships with distributors and key clients. The position is based in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales teams in Jhelum and Sukkur, guiding them so they meet company targets
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in both regions
• Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers and clients
• Conduct regular market analysis to spot opportunities, trends and competition, and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts, including performance metrics, market conditions and business challenges
• Train and mentor sales teams and foster a high-performance culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role in the FMCG or a related industry
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Preferred: experience managing sales teams across multiple regions and knowledge of the local markets in Lahore
