Arts & Crafts Instructor – STEAM Education

About the role

We are seeking a creative Arts & Crafts Instructor to join our team in Karachi. The role combines traditional arts and crafts with robotics to deliver engaging STEAM learning experiences for young students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on sessions that blend arts & crafts with basic robotics.
• Guide students in sketching, prototyping, and creating robot structures, themes, and storytelling.
• Teach fundamentals of design thinking, colour theory and visual presentation for projects.
• Support students in preparing projects for exhibitions, competitions and showcases.
• Manage arts & crafts supplies and robotics components, ensuring an organized workspace.
• Collaborate with robotics trainers to provide integrated, interactive learning experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Design, Education or a related field.
• Experience teaching arts & crafts or leading creative workshops (preferred).
• Strong creativity, communication and classroom‑management abilities.
• Passion for working with children and fostering creative thinking.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, hands‑on learning activities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with multidisciplinary teams.
