Asset Manager

About the role

Scatec is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the commercial, contractual, financial and operational performance of its renewable energy projects in Pakistan. You will be responsible for protecting and enhancing asset value throughout the project lifecycle while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial, contractual, financial and operational management of renewable energy assets.
• Manage project SPVs and ensure compliance with shareholder, financing, regulatory, ESG, HSSE and corporate‑governance requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for boards, lenders, regulators, contractors, service providers, government authorities and local communities.
• Monitor performance through P&L, cash‑flow forecasts, budgets, financial models, variance analysis, covenant compliance and periodic reporting.
• Administer financing arrangements, including loan disbursements, equity contributions, debt servicing and compliance with financing agreements.
• Oversee EPC, O&M, PPA, financing and management‑service contracts and related documentation.
• Drive initiatives to improve plant performance, operational efficiency, profitability and cost optimisation.
• Support new project development, investment evaluations and prepare board and management updates.
• Lead and develop the Asset Management team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing renewable‑energy assets or similar large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and contractual expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders such as boards, lenders and regulators.
• Leadership capability to mentor and grow a team.
