Assistant Amazon Portfolio Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Amazon Portfolio Manager to support our Portfolio Manager in overseeing multiple Amazon Private Label client accounts. The role involves driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of Amazon Seller Central accounts across various marketplaces.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to boost sales, profitability, and brand visibility.
• Optimize product listings, keywords, images, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, analyze results, and work with the advertising team to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate inventory planning, replenishment, and forecasting.
• Analyze business reports and sales data to identify opportunities.
• Handle listing issues, account suspensions, stranded inventory, and catalog challenges.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as PPC, Design, Content, Operations, and Client Success.
• Support onboarding of new client accounts and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably within an agency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
