Assistant Finance Manager

About the role

Naeem Electronics is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to support daily accounting operations in its Sialkot office. The role focuses on accurate financial record‑keeping, reconciliations, and assisting with audit and tax compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct financial and variance analysis to aid management decisions.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities, providing required documentation.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist with filing procedures.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and oversee cash‑flow related activities.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Financials for transaction processing and reporting.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA, MBA in Finance/Accounts, or a relevant Master’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (including complex formulas).
• Proficiency with ERP accounting software (SAP or Oracle Financials).
• Experience using general accounting software for record‑keeping.
