About the role
DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an Assistant Manager – Administration to support the smooth operation of its headquarters, branch offices and warehouses in Karachi. The role combines facility management, stakeholder coordination and comprehensive administrative support to ensure business continuity and compliance with group policies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall facility management for the head office, branch offices and warehouses.
- Plan and coordinate meetings for the senior management team, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Develop and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external service providers.
- Organise and execute administrative tasks for official events, projects and activities.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience handling administrative tasks in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
