Assistant Manager - Analytics

About the role

The Assistant Manager - Analytics will lead end‑to‑end campaign execution and performance measurement within the Retail Banking Group. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor marketing and customer analytics campaigns, ensuring timely and flawless delivery.
• Track campaign performance, attribution, ROI and continuously optimize through testing and insights.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation models using CDP and data‑lake environments.
• Deliver analytical projects and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

• Strong campaign management and execution capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and critical‑thinking skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SQL – advanced query writing, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and segmentation tools.
• Hadoop, Hive, Zeppelin, Data Lake environments.
• Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
