Assistant Manager – Analytics (Pakistan)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Analytics will support the development of advanced analytics and AI‑driven solutions to boost digital banking performance, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. You will work with digital footprint data across channels to generate insights, build predictive models and optimise campaigns and customer journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine‑learning models for segmentation, churn prediction, next‑best‑product recommendations and campaign targeting.
• Support digital marketing teams with advanced analytics, propensity modelling and ROI attribution.
• Design AI‑powered solutions using Large Language Models for chatbots, intelligent search and automated content generation.
• Extract, clean and transform large banking datasets; create feature‑engineering pipelines to improve model performance.
• Conduct analytics on commercial/corporate banking portfolios and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide portfolio analytics for CASA products and support related product teams.
• Implement robust tracking and campaign fulfillment processes for liabilities, trade finance and working capital.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in analytics, machine learning or AI within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate digital behavioural data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and their banking use cases.
• Proven track record delivering use cases that improve efficiency, productivity and product adoption.
