About the role
JNJ Polymer Industries (Pvt.) Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development for its Lahore office. This full‑time on‑site position will drive sales strategies, develop and maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the polymer and plastic masterbatch market. The company specializes in high‑quality plastic masterbatch and polymer compounds used in PP and PE based plastics.

Required profile
- Strong sales and business development skills

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
