About the role
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to drive growth for our eWay SFE CRM and HealthDoor solutions. You will build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research and approach potential B2B clients through market research, networking and outbound outreach.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, including proposals, quotations and negotiations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to pharma, healthcare and health‑tech needs.
- Coordinate with product, technical, marketing and management teams for demos, proposals and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and follow‑ups and achieve assigned sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in HealthTech, Pharma SFE/CRM, Healthcare IT or SaaS.
