Assistant Manager Business Development – NVOCC Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to drive business development for NVOCC sales. You will work closely with exporters and trade partners to expand our logistics portfolio and ensure reliable cargo movement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to grow the business portfolio.
• Conduct daily field sales visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters and trade partners.
• Ensure smooth cargo movement and provide reliable service to clients.
• Monitor market trends, forecast demand, and deliver regular sales updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or related sales roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
