Assistant Manager Finance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Finance Associate to support our growing finance team. You will assist with day‑to‑day financial operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial data across the business. This role offers a fast‑paced environment to develop expertise in accounting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance within Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management reports that drive business decisions.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain liquidity.
• Provide expert guidance on complex accounting treatments.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and deep‑dive studies for senior management.
• Lead coordination with external auditors for a smooth audit process.
• Support the tax team with accurate data and documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (ACCA/CA Finalist) with articles from a reputable firm.
• Proven experience in management reporting and leading external audits.
• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge finance and management.
