Assistant Manager Financial Control & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented finance professional to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager of Financial Control & Analytics. In this role you will ensure accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide data‑driven insights to aid business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fixed‑asset accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain financial controls and produce management reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualise financial and operational data.
• Analyse data, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Support audit activities and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Data Science.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, CA Finalist, Articles complete or equivalent) preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting or analysis.
• Experience with fixed‑asset accounting and intercompany reconciliations is a plus.
