Assistant Manager - Fleet Financing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to lead the growth of our fleet financing portfolio. You will work closely with corporate fleets, logistics firms, transport operators and SMEs to provide tailored financing solutions that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the fleet financing portfolio by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships.
• Source financing opportunities for commercial vehicles, corporate fleets, logistics companies, transport operators and SMEs.
• Conduct customer meetings, assess financing needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Perform preliminary credit assessments, financial analysis and documentation review before case submission.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Operations, Legal and Recovery teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
• Monitor portfolio quality, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Achieve assigned business, revenue and portfolio growth targets while minimizing delinquencies.
• Prepare business reports, pipeline updates and portfolio performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Current experience as a Senior Officer, Relationship Officer, Relationship Manager or equivalent in fleet/commercial vehicle financing.
• Established network within transporters, logistics companies, fleet operators and corporate clients.
• Target‑driven with a strong customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
