Assistant Manager HES Administrator

About the role

The Assistant Manager HES Administrator will manage the AMI Headend system across multiple vendors and ensure continuous, error‑free operation of smart‑meter infrastructure and related data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Administer AMI Headend systems (Iskraemeco, Hexing, Holley) and associated databases, including user access, device management, and data security.
• Configure, update and monitor smart‑meter firmware, hardware modules, and integration with SAP, MDMS and analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real‑time monitoring of meter communication status and server health.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IBC, IT, Governance) and external vendors to troubleshoot software/hardware issues and optimise system performance.
• Draft and manage SLA/DLP agreements with AMI vendors, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AMI/Headend system administration or related fields.
• Strong understanding of smart‑meter communication topologies and data integration.
