Assistant Manager – HR Technology

About the role

The Assistant Manager – HR Technology will lead the design, development and support of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high‑quality implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI analytics, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Create and maintain fast formulas for absence and accrual calculations, configure Alert Composer, Workflow, Email notifications and Page Composer.
• Develop and consume Oracle Fusion REST APIs and web services.
• Lead implementation projects, conduct workshops, map business requirements to Fusion functionality and produce design documentation.
• Support testing, validate configurations and data migrations, and manage production roll‑outs.
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams (reports, interfaces, data conversion, extensions, integrations).
• Mentor team members, promote knowledge sharing and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Apply ITIL best practices, use Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project and ServiceNow for project and service management, and support budgeting and invoicing.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in data analytics and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage data conversion, integrations and system enhancements.
