Assistant Manager Human Resources

About the role

Shifa International Hospitals Limited is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources to strengthen its HR operations. The role focuses on talent acquisition, HR analytics, process improvement, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to fulfill approved manpower requirements promptly.
• Prepare and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and reports on recruitment, turnover, vacancies, and other KPIs.
• Support workforce planning by maintaining recruitment pipelines and vacancy status reports.
• Assist in HR projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives, including HRIS implementation.
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and contribute to continuous system enhancements.
• Produce periodic HR reports, presentations, and management information.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

Required profile

• MBA/BBA (Hons.) with a specialization in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
• HR analytics and dashboard creation.
