Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Multiple Specializations)

About the role

U Bank is expanding its HR team at the Head Office in Islamabad. We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers to lead payroll, employee separations & off‑boarding, and HR operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, compensation, benefits and statutory compliance.
• Oversee employee separations, final settlements, exit interviews and off‑boarding procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation tracking, employee insurance, transfers, postings and maintain HR policies.
• Ensure accurate employee records, documentation and HR governance across all functions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience in payroll, separations/off‑boarding or HR operations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and high integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven banking environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (for payroll role) or Intermediate Microsoft Excel (for other roles).
• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance and taxation.
