Assistant Manager ICT

About the role

The Assistant Manager ICT will support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of information and communication technology systems at PKLI&RC. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient ICT services that enable hospital workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network and server performance and resolve incidents promptly.
• Coordinate hardware and software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Maintain data‑security measures, backup procedures, and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Provide technical assistance and training to end‑users across the institute.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and compliance reports.
• Support ICT projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Experience in ICT infrastructure management within a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate ICT initiatives.
