Assistant Manager - Inventory Audit

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Inventory Audit will lead the planning and execution of comprehensive warehouse audit programmes, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to strengthen inventory controls and support e‑commerce dispatch verification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual warehouse audit plans, including pre‑, post‑ and surprise audits.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and enforce compliance with SOPs and inventory policies.
• Analyse audit findings, prepare detailed reports and drive corrective actions.
• Review stock variances, damaged stock, scrap management and conduct pre‑shipment audits.
• Supervise e‑commerce dispatch verification to ensure order accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve inventory controls and warehouse processes.
• Lead and mentor the warehouse audit team to achieve operational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, commerce or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in inventory audit, warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Willingness to travel across different cities.
