About the role
The Assistant Manager IT – Network Support will maintain and monitor computer systems and networks, providing technical assistance to ensure smooth operation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, scanners and network infrastructure.
- Monitor systems, resolve hardware/software issues, and manage the ticketing/help‑desk platform.
- Analyze logs to identify trends, backup and restore data, and manage IT asset inventory.
- Support new user account setup, password/login problems, and assist during implementation of new applications.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT technical support.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hardware, software, networking equipment, printers and scanners.
- Experience using ticketing systems and call‑center software.
- Knowledge of CCNA, MCSE or Azure Administrator certifications (preferred).
