About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain professional with experience in healthcare or medical devices to manage end‑to‑end surgical logistics and operations. The role involves overseeing kit dispatches, ensuring system compliance, and optimizing fleet performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee surgical kit dispatches, manage portal bookings, and coordinate emergency hospital transfers.
- Maintain strict documentation in SAP and RMS, including POD uploads and patient record tracking.
- Supervise surgical set processing, verify bill of materials, replenish kits, and track shortages.
- Optimize delivery routes, manage rider teams, and monitor operational metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Logistics Operations, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with SAP.
- Proficiency with Rider Management Systems (RMS).
- Route optimization and team leadership capabilities.
