About the role
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration, leading to increased market share. The role involves leading comprehensive campaigns across digital, social media, and Below‑The‑Line (BTL) activities while leveraging data‑driven insights to optimise performance and enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to strengthen online presence and foster customer engagement.
- Develop cohesive communication strategies that include PR, digital, content, and social media to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Apply best‑practice segmentation and customer profiling techniques to maximise demand‑generation effectiveness.
- Plan and manage BTL activities such as events, promotions, product launches, and direct marketing efforts to drive consumer engagement.
- Track and analyse campaign performance data to make informed adjustments and enhance overall effectiveness.
Required profile
- Master’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Studies from a reputable institution.
- At least 3‑4 years of experience with a proven track record of developing multi‑channel roadmaps.
- Deep empathy for the education market audience and a desire to help accelerate their success through relevant communications.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages.
