About the role

AA Joyland Pvt Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager in Organizational Development to lead employee engagement and talent management initiatives across the company. The role involves managing a small team, driving corporate‑wide training programs, and ensuring consistent HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Design, coordinate and execute organization‑wide training programs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies supporting growth and compliance.
• Oversee software implementation that enhances organizational development processes.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs and balanced scorecards.
• Support succession planning and talent management strategies with leadership.
• Coach a team of two professionals to deliver OD activities effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in HR or organizational development.
• Proven track record in managing employee engagement and corporate training programs.
• Experience in KPI development, analysis and performance management systems.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and legal requirements.
