Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to drive performance marketing initiatives for an apparel brand in Karachi. The role focuses on optimizing digital campaigns, analysing key metrics and delivering data‑driven insights to improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to meet performance targets.
• Monitor and analyse metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Identify trends and implement data‑driven strategies to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Plan and execute A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting and landing pages.
• Prepare performance dashboards and reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital/performance marketing, preferably in the apparel industry.

Required skills

• Digital marketing campaign management.

• Performance dashboard creation and reporting.
