Assistant Manager Planning and Business Support

About the role

The Assistant Manager Planning and Business Support will coordinate end‑to‑end management of new business requirements, ensuring feasibility assessments are performed quickly and accurately. By bridging Business, Engineering, Technical and Support teams, the role helps the company seize high‑impact opportunities despite limited network resources.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate timely evaluation of new business requirements by coordinating across relevant stakeholders.
• Convert ideas into actionable, technically feasible solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Provide clear guidance to the Solution team before technical solution preparation.
• Monitor project progress, track SLA compliance, and report risks or deviations.
• Conduct risk and compliance activities, including assessment, mitigation and training.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to support business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business or Management (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Up to 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year working with business teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of network planning, telecom services and overall network architecture.
• Business acumen in telecom operations.
