About the role
The Assistant Manager Project Sales will stay updated with the real estate market, generate and manage leads, and ensure daily KPIs are met. This role involves client interaction, site visits, and negotiation to match customers with suitable projects.
Key responsibilities
- Call generated leads and set at least 10 client appointments per day, with a minimum of one meeting daily.
- Assess client needs and financial capacity to recommend appropriate projects.
- Assist potential clients during project site visits.
- Facilitate negotiations and close sales.
- Frequent visits to various project sites.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in business.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication skills.
