Assistant Manager – Relationship

About the role

Concordia Colleges, a Beaconhouse project, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Relationship to drive client partnerships, retain existing accounts and grow revenue in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment. The role blends relationship management with business development and requires a solid understanding of franchise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop value‑driven customer partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering long‑term solutions.
• Retain existing clients, address their concerns and ensure continued business.
• Identify and secure additional revenue opportunities within the existing client base.
• Analyse client business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Operate effectively in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment handling multiple priorities.
• Apply knowledge of the franchise model to coordinate with franchise partners and align with organisational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in relationship management, business development, sales or franchise operations.
• Proven track record in client retention, revenue growth and key‑account management.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
