Assistant Manager Sales Capability

About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager Sales Capability to support the development of sales teams, infrastructure and processes. The role will work closely with front‑line sales staff and the Sales Capability & Market Hygiene Manager to design and deliver training solutions that drive performance and help achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Capability & Market Hygiene Manager in creating the sales capability agenda.
• Identify skill‑development needs of front‑line sales teams.
• Design and develop customized training modules and solutions.
• Coordinate with third‑party training providers and HR to execute training programs.
• Manage logistics for training sessions, including venue booking and communications.
• Support the planning and execution of Order Booker incentive programs.
• Develop and deliver induction and development materials for the field force.
• Collaborate with the Route to Market team to optimise KPI achievement through training.
• Assist in maintaining market hygiene.

Required profile

• Graduate degree.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales enablement or training.
