Assistant Manager Sales – Industrial Refrigeration

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager Sales to lead business growth for GREE Pakistan’s Industrial Refrigeration Division in the Southern Region. The role focuses on driving project sales, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering customized refrigeration solutions across multiple industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development activities to expand the industrial refrigeration portfolio in the Southern Region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities in industrial refrigeration and cold storage.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC firms, industrial clients, and end‑users.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and service teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure and payment recovery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular business reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, cold storage solutions, or industrial cooling systems.
• Proven track record in project sales, business development, and key‑account management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration, cold storage, and HVAC systems.
