Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to support the Senior Manager – Recruitment in sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for our branch banking network. The role ensures recruitment processes are efficient, candidate-friendly and aligned with the bank’s culture and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hiring plans to meet staffing needs across the branch network.
• Post job advertisements, screen CVs and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers, manage pre-employment documentation and oversee onboarding formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support HR reporting.
• Ensure a professional, candidate-friendly recruitment experience consistent with the bank’s values.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HR preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Positive, customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
