Assistant Manager – Solutions Pre‑Sales & Project Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager Solutions Pre‑Sales & Project Management will provide financial and commercial support for ICT business opportunities, ensuring sound financial insights for decision‑making. The role bridges the gap between technical proposals and business profitability, working closely with the DICT Center.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project‑wise financial models, budgets, forecasts and profitability analyses for ICT opportunities.
• Review customer RFQs/RFPs/tenders from financial and commercial perspectives, including pricing assumptions, payment terms, taxes and financial risks.
• Standardise business calculators to minimise manual input and reduce errors.
• Maintain revenue, cost, margin and budget trackers, highlighting deviations to management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and regional points of contact on financial/commercial matters.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards for the DICT business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; part‑qualified ACCA/ACMA/CA is a plus.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in ICT, telecom, technology or system‑integration projects, with exposure to project financial analysis or commercial finance.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost structures, NPV and cash‑flow concepts.
