Assistant Manager S&OP

About the role

The Assistant Manager S&OP will act as a Supply Chain Business Partner and Demand Planner for the Culinary Division, ensuring timely coordination, visibility of information, and effective decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead Corporate Demand Review (CDR) and S&OP meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and business performance reviews for management.
• Analyse sales versus forecast, identify deviation patterns and align future forecasts.
• Manage monthly SKU pipelines and share data with the Supply Planning team for MRP execution.
• Monitor nationwide finished‑goods inventory, prioritising SKUs based on sales trends, low inventory levels and customer orders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pipeline filling, new product development planning and yearly budgeting.
• Utilise dashboards to present forecast accuracy and deviation at cluster, region and SKU levels.
• Ensure availability of forecasted stock, optimise warehouse inventory and coordinate with logistics to meet forecasted stock levels.
• Build strong relationships with regional sales and shopper‑marketing teams and act as a bridge between sales and supply chain.
• Prepare and present monthly KPI reports, including warehouse‑to‑warehouse stock movements.
